Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MYB Cash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. MYB Cash is operated in Ghana and is intended for users who can form legally binding contracts under Ghanaian law.
Account registration
To use MYB Cash, you must register an account with accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, email address, phone number, and valid identification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
User responsibilities
You agree not to use MYB Cash for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code that could damage or impair the service. You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display through the platform.
Services provided
MYB Cash offers wallet management, domestic and international money transfers, mobile money integration, bill payments, virtual card services, and cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and trading where available. Services may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to regulatory approval and availability.
Transaction rules
All transactions are subject to verification and may be delayed or declined if additional review is required. Once a transaction is completed and confirmed, it generally cannot be reversed. You are responsible for verifying all recipient details, amounts, and currency selections before confirming any transfer.
Fees and charges
MYB Cash may charge fees for certain services as disclosed at the time of the transaction. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the service. Fees are subject to change with prior notice, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised fees.
Limits and restrictions
MYB Cash may impose transaction limits, daily limits, and balance limits on accounts based on verification level, jurisdiction, and regulatory requirements. These limits may be adjusted at the discretion of MYB Cash to comply with applicable laws and risk management policies.
Termination
MYB Cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulation.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. MYB Cash makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information or services provided. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall MYB Cash, its affiliates, officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service. Total liability for all claims under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to MYB Cash in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana. The Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements does not apply.
Changes to terms
MYB Cash reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
